We have a variety of ways for your group to visit the farm and engage with our animals, while learning about the various ways we can connect with them. Come explore some of what we have to offer.

Workshops

Workshops are available in half-day or full-day formats, and designed to be a one-time experience (though you would certainly be welcomed back again if you wanted!).

Field Trips

Bring your friends, bring your homeschooling co-op, bring your scouting troop, or just bring yourself! and come hang out with the horses, snuggle the goats, and run around with the chickens. We will provide some basic horse education along with lots of hands on time with the animals.

Pony Painting Party

Have you ever painted a pony, braided a mane and tail, and glitzed up some hooves? Well, now’s your chance! There’s nothing more fun than hanging out with Dixie and Goldie and making them look fabulous any way you see fit. This option is popular for birthday parties, and includes some basic horse care information as well as a fun opportunity to connect with the animals in a unique way.

Journaling and Reflection Time

Spend an hour or two quietly observing and reflecting with the horses. Hang out at the picnic table and journal while they graze nearby. Experience the healing power of their presence with the sounds of the creek running, the birds chirping, and the wind rustling the leaves in the trees. Sitting at the farm and slowing down is a powerful way to channel the peace and comfort the horses generously share with us.
